How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For handmade bridal pieces and veils, please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our untamed styles worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made veils and final sale items are non-returnable.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Since we strive to process orders quickly, we can only accommodate changes within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Are your accessories handmade?
Many of our signature headpieces and jewelry items are handcrafted using high-quality materials like freshwater pearls, crystals, and silk flowers to ensure a unique, artisanal finish.
