At Untamed Petals, we want you to feel absolutely radiant in your accessories. If your piece isn't the perfect match for your special day, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective pouch is included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
